Description
Aurelia settled herself on the Cordelia dorm room floor for the second time that week. She had caught news she'd be receiving the egg on the 16th, a day ago, and had rushed to the library to collect a few books about mother hood; everyone was born like this right? The Zorua had grown even more delighted about her assignment when she received an excellent grade on the guessing portion of the assignment; it was on her first try! But now the hard part came, actually getting the little guy to hatch successfully to reach full credit. Aurelia snuggled it tightly in the blue blanket from her bed as she had done yesterday when she had brought it back to the dorm, and set a lamp directly above for about the optimal temperature it desired. She would have read further into her parenting books but instead she placed her glasses off to the side and stared in wonder, pondering a question over and over: "Will it truly like me?"
